CACH is a multi-agency partnership dedicated to raising awareness of hate crime and incidences.
Through close working with partners from all sectors we aim to share best practice and develop meaningful policies that encourage people to report hate incidences and crimes based on discrimination and prejudice.

Hate crime is motivated by prejudice and can be verbal or physical. It is almost always distressing for the victim who is very often too scared or embarrassed to tell anyone. The most common forms of hate incidences or crimes are around racism and homophobia.

Our third party self report forms are an important tool in monitoring hate incidences. Close links with our partners ensure that we can support victims or witnesses of hate incidences and crimes who choose to contact us and who may or may or may not want to take further action.
